Natalia Perez serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Perez Mayoral, P.A., where she leads all aspects of the firm’s business operations and strategic initiatives. Since joining the firm at its inception, Natalia has played a pivotal role in shaping its growth and infrastructure, evolving alongside its expansion into a leading litigation practice.
Natalia began her legal career in 2016 as a legal receptionist at a personal injury firm. Her initiative and drive quickly earned her a promotion to legal assistant, and she later founded her own business, MedRecView, specializing in medical chronology and records analysis for attorneys. She earned her Paralegal Certificate from the University of Miami and went on to work as a certified litigation paralegal at two of Florida’s most respected law firms—Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. and Lydecker LLP supporting complex, high-stakes matters.
In 2021, Natalia joined Perez Mayoral, P.A., initially serving in a dual capacity as paralegal and office manager. She managed active litigation dockets while simultaneously overseeing firm operations, and as the firm expanded, she transitioned fully into the office management role. She was later promoted to Chief Operating Officer in recognition of her leadership and operational acumen. In her current role, Natalia directs the firm’s administrative, financial, and human resources functions, including payroll, onboarding, employee training, SOP implementation, and all settlement disbursements.
Natalia holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from the University of Florida’s New World School of the Arts. Her early training in the arts – encompassing both performance and behind-the-scenes production – cultivated a unique blend of discipline, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving that continues to inform her leadership style.
Beyond her work at the firm, Natalia has served in executive roles within the legal community, including Director of Operations for the Cuban American Bar Association (CABA) and Executive Director of the Miami Dade Trial Lawyers Association (MDTLA), where she led strategic programming, member engagement, and large-scale event execution.
Natalia brings a rare combination of operational sophistication, legal insight, and creative leadership-positioning her as a key driver of Perez Mayoral’s continued success.
